Presses (including presses and hydraulic presses) are general-purpose presses with exquisite structures. With its wide range of uses and high production efficiency, stamping machines can be widely used in processes such as cutting, punching, dropping, bending, riveting and forming. By applying strong pressure to the metal blank, the metal is deformed and broken, and then processed into parts. When the mechanical press is working, the motor drives the large pulley (usually also serves as a flywheel) through the triangle belt, and drives the crank slider mechanism through the gear pair and clutch, so that the slider and punch descend linearly. After the mechanical press completes the forging work, the slider moves upward, the clutch automatically disengages, and at the same time, the automatic on the crankshaft is connected to stop the slider near the top dead center.
Press
Risk Identification
1. Clutch failure. The rotary key, key handle and direct key of the rigid clutch are cracked or loose, and the contacts of the intermediate relay are not connected.
2. The brake is faulty and is not interlocked with the clutch.
3. There is no emergency stop device, or the emergency stop button is not located properly.
4. The rotating part of the equipment does not have a protective cover or the protective cover is damaged, and personnel accidentally come into contact with the rotating part and cause damage.
5. The exposed foot switches and foot levers on the workbench are not equipped with reasonable and reliable protective covers.
6. The insulation, shielding, and protective distance of electrical equipment do not meet the requirements. PE wires are not connected, and accidental contact by personnel may cause electric shock accidents.
7. The press is not equipped with or has only one protective device, and the press operated by multiple people is not equipped with a two-hand operating device for each operator.
8. The press is not equipped with a protective device for mold adjustment and maintenance, and the device is not interlocked with the control system of the main drive motor and slider stroke.
9. The hydraulic pipeline connection of the press is unreliable, aging, and leaking. The hydraulic system does not have a relief valve, and the hydraulic oil leaks and sprays, which may cause an object impact accident.
Main precautions
1. The clutch operation should be sensitive and reliable, without connection impact; the rotary key, key handle and straight key of the rigid clutch should have no cracks or looseness; the traction electromagnetic contact should have no adhesion, and the intermediate relay contact should be reliable and there should be no connection phenomenon.
2. The brake performance is reliable and interlocked with the clutch to ensure that the brake and clutch actions are coordinated and correct.
3. The emergency stop device should comply with the relevant regulations of GB16754. Large stamping machinery should generally be installed in a position that can be quickly touched by human hands without causing malfunction.
4. All exposed rotating components of the equipment that are no more than 2m away from the standing surface of the operator should be equipped with complete and reliable protective covers, and the distance should comply with the relevant regulations of GB23821.
5. The exposed foot switches and foot levers on the workbench should be equipped with reasonable and reliable protective covers.
6. The insulation, shielding and protective intervals of electrical equipment comply with the relevant provisions of GB5226.1; the PE wires are reliably connected, and the wire diameter, cross-section and installation method comply with the relevant provisions of 4.2.39 of this standard.
7. Presses, closed pressure lines and bending machines should be equipped with more than one protection device, which is reliable and effective. A stamping machine operated by multiple people should be equipped with a two-hand operating device for each operator, and the basic requirements for its installation and use should comply with the relevant regulations of GB/T19671.
8. The press should be equipped with a protective device used during mold adjustment or maintenance. This device should be interlocked with the main drive motor or slider stroke control system.
9. The hydraulic pipeline of the press should be connected reliably without aging or leakage, and the hydraulic system should be equipped with a relief valve.
