Install the ball screw pair according to the traditional process, using a mandrel and a positioning sleeve to connect the support seats at both ends and the intermediate screw nut seat for correction. Use a dial indicator to align the axis of the mandrel and the machine tool guide rail parallel to the core rod. The rod drive is snappy and light. This method is suitable for small CNC machine tools and machining centers with small strokes in the three-coordinate direction, and is easy to use. Because there are matching gaps between the mandrel and the positioning sleeve, the positioning sleeve and the bearing holes supported at both ends, and the middle screw nut seat hole, the coaxiality error between the installed support bearing hole and the screw nut seat hole is large, resulting in A series of serious consequences such as the increase in the screw winding, the increase in radial unbalanced load, the increase in temperature of each link of the screw shaft system, the increase in thermal deformation, and the increase in transmission torque, lead to overloading of the servo motor, overheating, servo system alarm, and normal operation. . In addition, the actual difference between the bearing holes at both ends and the middle nut seat hole cannot be accurately measured, which affects further adjustments.

Since CNC machine tools with large strokes such as aluminum profile double-head precision cutting saws must strictly control their axial movement when installing the ball screw, this technical indicator will directly affect the transmission position accuracy of the ball screw feed system. Verified through on-site practice: First, the bearing seat installed in the bearing seat at the servo motor end must be assembled. It is the main function in the ball screw transmission process and controls the axial movement of the ball screw between 0.015 and 0.02. ; Then, assemble the bearing in the bearing seat at the other end to control the axial movement within 0.01. Therefore, the stiffness and accuracy of the ball screw feed system can be effectively guaranteed. Pre-stretch the ball screw shaft. To improve the rigidity and accuracy of the ball screw feed system, the screw shaft is pre-drawn.
