1. Adjustment of the double-head precision cutting saw for aluminum profiles.

(1) Adjusting the position of the clamping cylinder: Place the aluminum alloy profile on the worktable of the aluminum door and window equipment. Adjust the clamping cylinders of both saw heads to a suitable position for clamping the workpiece, and then fix the clamping cylinders.

(2) Adjusting the saw blade feed speed: First, test the machine with the factory default saw blade feed speed. During the test, if the saw blade feed speed is not suitable, you can adjust the speed adjustment connector of the feed cylinder to increase or decrease the feed speed to obtain the required feed speed.

(3) Adjusting the sawing angle: After the precision cutting saw for aluminum alloy profiles has been adjusted according to the above items, check that it meets the requirements, and then test run it for 30 minutes.

(4) Adjusting the cutting angle of the equipment to 90° (the saw blade extends perpendicular to the worktable). All precision aluminum alloy profile cutting saws are tested and inspected before leaving the factory. A single aluminum alloy profile can be directly cut. Check if the 90-degree angle cut surface meets the requirements, with an error of ±10′. If it does not meet the requirements, adjust the bolts on the limit stop. Repeat the sawing and measurement to meet the requirements. Then, ensure the nut on the cutting saw is tightened.

(5) Adjusting the cutting angle to 45° (set to 45° when the saw blade extends to the worktable). Loosen the locking handle on the worktable, ventilate the swing cylinder, and after the 45-degree angle is reached, tighten the handle. After sawing the profile, check if it meets the requirements (error of ±10′). If it does not meet the requirements, adjust the limit screws on the limit stop, repeat the sawing and measurement to meet the requirements. Then, tighten the nut on the screw and tighten the locking handle.

(6) Adjusting the profile cutting length.

After adjusting the angle, the cutting length of the aluminum alloy profile should be adjusted. Pull the handle to move the right saw head along the circular guide rail to the accurate position (look at the scale pointer). The length indicated by the scale is the length of the short side of the aluminum alloy profile. After cutting, if the length of the cut profile deviates from the required length, it should be fine-tuned. To fine-tune, tighten the brake adjustable handle and turn the fine-tuning handle to the required size.

2. Operation of the Double-Head Precision Cutting Saw for Aluminum Profiles.

(1) First, familiarize yourself with the functions of each button on the control panel.

(2) After adjusting the angle and workpiece length, press the "Saw Start" button. Once the saw head motor is running smoothly, install the profile and simultaneously press the "Clamp" and "Saw Stop" buttons. In case of special circumstances, press the emergency stop button. The "Saw Head Selection" switch, when set to "Left" or "Right," allows the left and right saw heads to work independently. When set to "Dual," both saw heads can work simultaneously.
