This machine is suitable for machining round holes, slots, keyholes, and irregular holes in industrial aluminum alloy profiles, including those for doors, windows, and curtain walls, as well as milling, chamfering, and planar engraving.

The spindle is an air-cooled electric spindle with a power of 3KW and a speed of 0~18000 rpm, offering high precision, safety, and reliability.

All motion pairs utilize imported guideways and sliders. The X-axis uses high-precision helical gear and rack transmission, while the Y and Z axes use high-precision ball screw transmission. This ensures smooth transmission and effectively improves the overall machine accuracy.

The worktable can rotate 180°-90°~0°~+90°, allowing for three-sided machining of the profile in a single clamping. When machining deep through holes (irregular holes), the worktable rotation enables deep hole machining, improving efficiency and quality.

A manual pump oil supply system is used, and the cutting tools employ a system-controlled spray cooling device.

All major components of the machine tool are made of steel and have undergone aging treatment.
