Introduction to the LKCO1 integrated toothing and threading machine:
·Threading and hobbing the groove part of the aluminum profile by using two hard knurled wheels.
·Through a pair of hard material knurling wheels, hobbing is performed on the notch part where the aluminum alloy profile passes through the heat insulation strip to increase the shear force of the heat insulation profile and achieve simultaneous tooth opening and strip insertion. AC frequency conversion speed regulation is used for stepless speed regulation control of gear hobbing speed.
