Check that the cable connections must be reliably insulated and wrapped with tape. Check whether the shields at the connections between power cords, welding cables and welding machines are intact, and whether the motor fixation and insulating coils are intact. The power supply system of the site where the equipment is located should be regularly inspected and the relationship between the power supply phase and neutral line of the welding machine should be checked.

Regularly use compressed air to remove internal dust from the inside of the welding machine, remove the upper and two side panels, and then blow them from top to bottom in order, and wipe away any attached grease with a cloth.
