Nowadays, thermally broken aluminum-plastic composite doors and windows are becoming increasingly popular in the market due to their obvious and deeply ingrained advantages. Therefore, it is increasingly important for aluminum-plastic composite door and window equipment manufacturers to control product quality and master related adjustment procedures.

First, regarding power adjustment, 380V is the normal voltage for most door and window machinery, with a frequency of 50Hz. Pay close attention to the connection between the mains wire and the neutral wire; a proper connection is crucial to avoid accidents. Most door and window equipment manufacturers use color coding: the mains wire is black or blue, and the neutral wire is red. If the mains wire is reversed, simply swap them.

Secondly, regarding air supply, sufficient air supply is essential for the pressure of the door and window machinery to ensure proper operation and cylinder compression. Normally, door and window machinery has fixed air supply and pressure requirements: a flow rate of 0.3 kilowatts and a pressure of 8 bar. If there are multiple door and window units, additional air tanks will be needed, depending on the specific situation.
