CNC drilling and milling machine for aluminum profiles

The SKZX-CNC-3000 CNC milling and drilling machine for aluminum profiles is suitable for machining round holes, slots, lock holes, and irregular holes in industrial aluminum alloy profiles, including those for doors, windows, and curtain walls. It also performs milling, chamfering, and planar engraving on aluminum profiles.

The spindle is an air-cooled electric spindle with a power of 5KW and a speed of 0~18000 rpm, offering high precision, safety, and reliability.

All motion pairs utilize imported guideways and sliders. The X-axis uses high-precision helical gear and rack transmission, while the Y and Z axes use high-precision ball screw transmission. This ensures smooth transmission and effectively improves the overall machine accuracy.

The worktable can rotate 180° (-90~0~+90°), allowing for three-sided machining of the profile in a single clamping. When machining deep through holes (irregular holes), the worktable rotation enables deep hole machining, improving efficiency and quality.

A manual pump oil supply system is used, and the cutting tools are cooled by a system-controlled spray system.

The main components of the machine tool are made of steel and have all undergone aging treatment.
