This machine is a sawing and milling machining center integrating drilling, milling, cutting, corner protection, laser marking, and label printing.

It adopts a German PA multi-channel bus absolute drive control system, allowing the cutting and milling units to work synchronously for high efficiency.

It is equipped with 20-axis servo motors, 3 sets of fixed-angle servo feed cutting modes, 7+1 circulating loading and unloading platforms, laser marking at the front and rear, four sets of spindle milling holes at the top, bottom, front, and rear, an automatic labeling device, and an automatic waste recycling device.

It can perform ±45° and ±45° + 90° mixed cutting, and processes such as corner code holes, glue injection holes, lock holes, lock boxes, handle holes, mounting holes, hardware notches, corner protection cutting, center trim marking, and automatic labeling.

The robotic arm has three-axis CNC adjustable and memory-enabled axes, can rotate 90°, and can achieve continuous operation with automatic material recovery. Multiple cameras are equipped for real-time monitoring in the operating area.

It can interface with mainstream door and window software; processing can begin immediately upon data transfer. It can interface with various software and retrieve data from the cloud.

The front spindle is rotatable and can be used to process concealed drainage systems.
