Aluminum profiles are frequently seen in our daily lives and have a significant impact on our lives. As processing equipment for aluminum profiles, sawing equipment brings a lot of convenience to production. So, what are the operating procedures when using sawing equipment? Let's take a look together!
Operators must undergo relevant operational training, be familiar with the equipment's performance and usage methods, and wear appropriate work clothes and safety goggles before starting work. Before use, check that the equipment's power wiring is correct and intact, especially the grounding wire connection, to prevent electric shock during operation. Before using the equipment, check that the air supply triplet is in normal condition and add oil to the tank as needed. Clean the air supply triplet regularly and never disassemble the triplet components while it is under air pressure to avoid injury or damage to the equipment.

Regularly check that the coolant level is sufficient, the cooling nozzles are functioning properly, and the air compressor is operating correctly. Check that the saw blade is sharp, rotates in the correct direction, and is level with sharp teeth; there should be no two consecutive missing teeth on the blade. Keep the workbench and surrounding area clean and tidy, free of items unrelated to work. Do not place any obstructions on the equipment's guide rails, racks, or lead screws; remove any obstructions immediately.
Do not wash the equipment with water, as this may damage it and pose a risk of electric shock. Do not connect any other electrical appliances to the equipment to avoid damage. When the machine is running, no personnel other than the operator are allowed in the work area. If there is abnormal noise during operation, immediately turn off the power, stop the machine, and inspect it. Only continue use after troubleshooting. When changing the cutting angle of the saw head, first check the saw blade and clamping device for problems. After adjusting the angle, lock the angle handle. After finishing work, disconnect the power, return all operating handles to their neutral positions, and clean the area. Clean the equipment promptly after each day's work to keep the equipment and surrounding environment clean. The equipment should be placed in a dry environment, away from moisture and corrosive gases to prevent damage.
The above are the operating procedures for sawing equipment. We hope this information is helpful. Please feel free to contact us for inquiries!
